OUR STUDIO POLICIES

IN THE STUDIO

Please complete the studio liability waiver before attending your first class. It can be found under your profile, under documents on the Glofox app. If you can not find it, let us know and we can email it to you.

Equipment must be sanitized after each class. Please use the cleaner provided.

Please wear athletic wear that does not have zippers or buttons as it can cause damage to the equipment.

No perfume or large jewelry as some people have sensitivities and large jewelry can damage the equipment.

For your safety and hygiene, we ask that you wear grip socks for our Reformer classes. Socks are available in studio for purchase. No shoes in the studio.

Parking

Parking is available at the studio.

Drop in class can be refunded if you notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance of the booked class. Please email thestudioboutiquepilates@gmail.com for assistance.

Blocks of 5 have a 30 day expiry and blocks of 10 have a 60 day expiry. Blocks are non-transferable and non-refundable..

Book online using debt or credit cards. Cash is also accepted in studio.

Waitlists

When you add yourself to a waitlist and a space becomes available each person will receive an email at the same time and have the opportunity to take the booking. Please note: waitlist spots are first come first serve.

Cancelation Policy

You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your class. Please reschedule or cancel your class at that time if you can not make it. All classes require 24 hour notice for cancellation. If a class is cancelled less then 24 hours prior full price will still be charged. Exceptions will be made for illness or injury.

We are a small business. Please respect our time. No shows will be charged full price.
