Studio Etiquette

Avoid Strong Fragrances – Please refrain from wearing perfume or scented products.

Skip Lotions & Oils Before Class – These can damage reformer upholstery. No Zippers on Clothing – They can puncture the equipment, so opt for smooth fabrics.

Phones on Silent – Keep distractions to a minimum by silencing phones during sessions.

Personal Items Stored Properly – Only bring what you need; bags must be kept in storage cubes.

No Guests or Children – Only registered participants are permitted inside the studio.

Lost Items Policy – The Studio Boutique Pilates is not responsible for misplaced belongings—please keep track of your items.

Time Management & Late Arrival Policy

Arrive on Time – If you are late you disrupt the class for both the other participates and the instructor.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class to avoid being charged for that class or loss of a class credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations must be made via our booking app or website—we do not accept cancellations through calls, texts, emails, or social media.

No-Show Policy – no shows will be charged full price or for package holders or members a class credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Waitlist Policy

Adding yourself to the waitlist means you may be added to class up to 1 hour before start time. If moved into class, you will be notified via email.

Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer plan to attend. When you are promoted to a spot in class the charge or class credit will occur if you do not remove yourself.

Grip Socks

Grip socks are mandatory for all classes—they ensure safety, stability, and cleanliness. If you forget grip socks, you must purchase a pair or forfeit your scheduled class.

Clients must be 16+ years old to participate in group classes and the waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
