Studio Guidelines
Welcome to The Studio Boutique Pilates. Our studios are built on community, respect, and a shared commitment to creating a supportive, uplifting environment for every client. These guidelines help us maintain the boutique experience we’re known for while ensuring fairness, safety, and consistency across all locations.
Booking Classes
We offer small‑group classes to ensure personalized attention and high‑quality instruction. Because space is limited, we encourage clients to book early and use the waitlist when classes are full. If a spot opens, you will be automatically added and notified.
Cancellation Policy
To keep classes running smoothly and give all clients a fair chance to attend, we require cancellations at least 24 hours before class.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in the loss of the class credit.
No‑shows will also forfeit the class credit.
This policy ensures that waitlisted clients have the opportunity to join class and that our instructors’ time is respected.
Two Complimentary Late‑Cancel Credits Per Year
We understand that life happens. Each client receives two complimentary late‑cancel credits per calendar year.
To use one of these credits, you must email the studio so our team can manually apply it to your account. These credits cannot be automatically applied through the booking system.
Emergency Exceptions
We will always make exceptions for true emergencies for members in good standing. These include:
Hospitalization
Sudden severe illness
Accidents
Family emergencies
If you experience an emergency, please email us as soon as you are able. We trust our community and will always support clients navigating unexpected, serious situations.
Arrival & Studio Etiquette
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class.
Late arrivals may not be permitted for safety reasons.
Phones must be silenced and stored away during class.
Clean socks are required for hygiene and safety.
Please wipe down your equipment after class using the provided supplies.
Our goal is to maintain a calm, welcoming environment where everyone can focus on movement.
Waitlist Policy
If you join a waitlist and a spot opens, you will be automatically added to class. Please treat the waitlist as a confirmed booking — if you are added within the 24‑hour window, the cancellation policy still applies.
Membership & Class Pack Policies
Memberships and class packs are non‑refundable.
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Class packs have set expiry dates and cannot be extended unless approved for medical reasons.
If you have questions about which option is best for you, our team is happy to help.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancies, or health concerns before class so we can offer appropriate modifications.
Clients experiencing contagious illness should stay home to protect our community.
Respect for Our Community
We are proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment. We ask all clients to treat instructors, staff, and fellow clients with kindness and respect. Anyone who disrupts the studio environment may be asked not to return.
