Q: What are your booking purchase options?

A: At The Studio Boutique Pilates, we offer several booking purchase options to suit your needs:

  • Drop-In Rates: $34 per class (Bradford).

  • Packages: You can purchase packages of 5 classes for $130 or 10 classes for $235. Expiry is 6 weeks for packages of 5 and 3 months for packages of 10.

  • Yearly Memberships: We also offer yearly memberships for $239 per month, providing access to 20 classes per month.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: At The Studio Boutique Pilates, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your class. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at that time. If a class is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full price will still be charged. Exceptions can made for illness or injury depending on circumstance.

Q: Where can I find your schedule?

A: You can find the schedule for The Studio Boutique Pilates on our app or website. Download our app via the Apple store or Google Play Store or visit the Book a Class section to view and book available classes.

Q: I'm new to Pilates. What class should I book?

A: If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our "Restore and Stretch" or “Tone and Sculpt” class.

Restore and stretch a gentle class that's perfect for beginners, those with injuries or limitations, or anyone looking for a recovery day.

Tone and Sculpt is a mixed-level class suitable for everyone, with modifications and progressions provided as needed.

Cardio is an intermediate class that incorporates jumping on the jump board and Pilates movements.

Abs and Ass is an advanced class that requires prior Reformer experience.

Q. I am still new to Pilates but I want to try the Abs & Ass class? Can I book it?

A. Because the Abs & Ass class involves standing on the reformer, we ask that you wait to book this class until you have some experience with the reformer. We always want to challenge you in class but your safety is always our priority.

Q. I bought a package and booked a class but now it won’t let me book anymore classes. Why?

A.The packages start on the day of your first booking so if you book, for example, the 10th and then try to book before the 10th the system won’t let you. If you need to adjust your package start date please text or email the studio and we can help with that!

Q: If the studio cancels due to inclement weather, will I get my credit back?

A: Yes, if The Studio Boutique Pilates cancels a class due to inclement weather, you will receive a credit for the canceled class. This ensures that you won't lose out on your booking and can reschedule for another time.

Q: How do I book a private class?

A: To book a private class or duet at The Studio Boutique Pilates, please contact the studio via email at thestudioboutiquepilates@gmail.com.

Q: Can I book a class for a friend using my account?

A: No, each person needs their own account to book a class at The Studio Boutique Pilates. This ensures that everyone has a personalized experience and can manage their own bookings and cancellations. Additionally, each person must sign a waiver before attending their first class.

Q: Can I bring my kids?

A: At The Studio Boutique Pilates, we strive to create a focused and serene environment for all our clients. Therefore, we do not allow children in the studio during classes. We recommend arranging childcare in advance to ensure you can fully enjoy your Pilates session.
