GETTING STARTED
I’m new — what should I book?
Start with Foundations or Tone & Sculpt. These classes are designed for beginners and will help you build a strong base.
Do I need experience?
No. Our classes are designed for all levels.
Can I book Elevate as a beginner?
No — Elevate is an advanced class and requires prior reformer experience for safety reasons.
BOOKING & SCHEDULING
How do I book?
All bookings must be made through our app or website.
How far in advance can I book?
Up to 2 months in advance. We strongly recommend booking ahead — classes fill quickly.
Can I book for someone else?
No — each client must have their own account and signed waiver.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of a class credit or full charge.
Can I cancel by text, email, or DM?
No — all cancellations must be done through your account.
Why is the policy strict?
We run small classes (8–10 spots). Late cancellations directly impact our instructors and other clients.
PACKAGES, EXPIRY & EXTENSIONS (MOST IMPORTANT)
Do you offer extensions on packages?
No — all packages have fixed expiry dates and are non-extendable.
Why don’t you offer extensions or exceptions?
To keep pricing fair and consistent for all clients. Making exceptions would require us to do so for everyone, which is not sustainable.
How do I avoid losing credits?
Book your classes in advance. Use your credits consistently. Set reminders for expiry dates.
Are packages refundable?
No — all purchases are final sale.
MEMBERSHIPS
Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes — memberships renew automatically unless canceled with proper notice.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — limited holds are available for medical or travel reasons (by request).
WAITLIST
How does the waitlist work?
You may be added to class automatically if a spot opens. If you no longer want the class, you must remove yourself — otherwise you may be charged.
STUDIO POLICIES
Are grip socks required?
Yes — for safety and hygiene.
Can I bring children?
No — only registered clients are permitted in the studio.
What if I’m late? Late entry may not be permitted.
STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
What if the studio cancels a class?
You will receive your credit back.

How do I book a private or duet?
Email us directly to arrange.

Do you offer discounts or free classes?
No — our pricing reflects the quality of instruction and small class sizes.
Do you ever run promotions?
Yes — occasionally. These are announced publicly and available to all clients.
