Frequently Asked Questions

We’re here to help you feel confident, supported, and ready for your Pilates journey. Most questions are answered below — please take a moment to review before reaching out.

Getting Started

I’m new — what should I book? Foundations or Tone & Sculpt are perfect starting points. These classes are beginner‑friendly and help you build a strong, safe base.

Do I need experience? No. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors will guide you through everything you need to know.

Can I book Elevate as a beginner? Elevate is an advanced class and requires prior Reformer experience for safety. Once you’re comfortable with the basics, we’ll help you progress.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a class? All bookings are made through our app or website.

How far in advance can I book? Up to 2 months ahead. Classes fill quickly, so early booking is encouraged.

Can I book for someone else? No — each client must have their own account and signed waiver for safety and liability reasons.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

What is your cancellation policy? We have a 24‑hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no‑shows will result in the loss of a class credit.

Do you offer any flexibility? Yes — each client receives two complimentary late‑cancel credits per year. To use one, simply email the studio and we’ll apply it manually.

What about emergencies? We always make exceptions for true emergencies for members in good standing, including:

  • Hospitalization

  • Sudden severe illness

  • Accidents

  • Family emergencies

Just email us when you’re able.

Can I cancel by text, email, or DM? No — cancellations must be done through your account so the system updates correctly.

Why is the policy important? Our classes are small (8–10 spots). Late cancellations prevent other clients from attending and impact our instructors’ time.

Packages, Expiry & Extensions

Do you offer extensions on packages? Packages have fixed expiry dates and are not extendable.

Why not? To keep pricing fair and consistent for everyone. Offering extensions for some clients would require us to offer them for all.

How do I avoid losing credits?

  • Book consistently

  • Set reminders for expiry dates

  • Use your credits early in the cycle

Are packages refundable? No — all purchases are final sale.

Memberships

Do memberships auto‑renew? Yes — memberships renew automatically unless cancelled with proper notice.

Can I pause my membership? Yes — limited holds are available for medical or travel reasons. Email us to request a hold.

Waitlist

How does the waitlist work? If a spot opens, you may be added to class automatically. If you no longer want the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late‑cancel charges.

Studio Policies

Are grip socks required? Yes — for safety, stability, and hygiene.

Can I bring children to the studio? No — only registered clients are permitted in the studio.

What if I’m late? For safety reasons, late entry may not be permitted once class begins.

Studio Cancellations

What if the studio cancels a class? You will receive your class credit back automatically.

Private Sessions

How do I book a private or duet session? Email us directly and we’ll help you schedule.

Pricing & Promotions

Do you offer discounts or free classes? We do not offer discounts or free classes. Our pricing reflects the quality of instruction, small class sizes, and the boutique experience we provide.

Do you ever run promotions? Occasionally — and when we do, they are announced publicly and available to all clients.
