“My goal is to help everyone feel welcome, comfortable and excited for their Pilates practice while creating new and challenging classes that will push students outside their comfort zone”.

With a foundation in movement shaped by her years as a competitive dancer, Mary Moon brings grace, precision, and deep body awareness to every class she teaches. Her path to Pilates began after the transformative experience of having three children-seeking a way to reconnect with her body, regain strength, and carve out space for her own wellness. Pilates became that space-and ultimately, her calling.

Now a passionate instructor, Mary helps others discover the same powerful mind-body connection. Her teaching blends the discipline of her dance background with the empathy and understanding that comes from navigating the real-life demands of motherhood.

When she's not in the studio, Mary cherishes time with her family and children, embracing the beautiful balance between movement and motherhood. Her classes are warm, encouraging, and grounded in the belief that it's never too late to come home to your body.

Natasha Balthazaar | Pilates Instructor

The Studio Boutique Pilates 350- Hour Reformer + Mat Pilates Certified

Natasha’s Pilates journey began in 2020, following surgery to remove her thyroid due to cancer. She contracted COVID-19 while in the hospital and had to be isolated for 14 days. As a nurse with a passion for health and wellness, Natasha was determined to keep moving—even in a small space with no equipment. That’s when she discovered Pilates.

What started as a practical solution during quarantine quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Natasha continued her Pilates practice throughout her pregnancy (yes, she was on the reformer the day before going into labour!) and credits it for a smooth pregnancy and a strong postpartum recovery. During her maternity leave, she took her love for Pilates to the next level and became a certified instructor.

Outside the studio, Natasha loves to travel, hike, try new cuisines, unwind with a good book and spend time with loved ones.

She believes Pilates is a form of self-care that offers calming moments of presence amidst life’s chaos and she would love your presence in one of her classes (sorry…mom joke lol).
