WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise program that improves posture and muscular imbalances and increases strength and flexibility. Using the principles of Joseph Pilates classical workouts, Pilates practitioners learn balance, control and proper form to get the most out of their workout.
With a consistent practice, Pilates can help alleviate pain, strengthen the core and lengthen and tone the entire body.
Because our classes are small we offer reformer classes with modifications and progressions so each practitioner can move within their ‘Green zone’ without injury and still get the most out of each session. This gives your instructor the ability to focus on each client to ensure proper form.

Reformer Pilates
The different types of Reformer classes we offer include:

Core & Cardio is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends Pilates precision with dynamic movement. This class incorporates jumping drills, core-strengthening exercises, and cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate while maintaining control and alignment. Expect a challenging yet balanced routine, combining intensity and breathwork to boost endurance, improve coordination, and build core power. Elevate is our advanced Reformer Pilates class designed to challenge strength, control, and precision. This full-body session combines dynamic movement, deep core activation, and creative sequencing to push your practice to the next level. Expect intensity, refined technique, and mindful execution, ensuring every movement is intentional and effective. Perfect for experienced Pilates clients looking to build endurance, enhance coordination, and refine movement mechanics.
Barre is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends ballet-inspired movements with Pilates and strength training.
