OUR STUDIO POLICIES

IN THE STUDIO

Please read our terms and conditions, complete the studio liability waiver and client questionnaire before attending your first class. You will receive these forms via the app upon registration.

Equipment must be sanitized after each class. Please use the cleaner provided.

Please wear athletic wear that does not have zippers or buttons as it can cause damage to the equipment.

No perfume, heavy lotions or large jewelry as some people have sensitivities and large jewelry and lotion can damage the equipment.

Please arrive to class on time as late arrivals can disrupt class and you may be turned away at the instructors discretion. Also, we have a 10 minute turnover between classes. Please come to class 5 minutes before start time to allow the previous class time to exit the studio.

Pilates studios generally have limited space. Please be respectful of everyone around you when participating in class.

For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are mandatory for our Reformer classes. Socks are available in studio for purchase. No shoes in the studio.

Parking

Parking is available at the studio.

Purchase Policies

The Studio Boutique Pilates implements a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel via the app at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling before the deadline will result in a credit returned to your account, allowing you to rebook your class at your convenience. If you cancel after the cutoff, your credit will be forfeited.

Packages of 5 have a 6 week expiry and packages of 10 have a 3 month expiry. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable..

Book online via out website or app using debt or credit cards.

Waitlists

When you join a waitlist, you will be automatically enrolled in the class if a spot opens up, according to the order in which you joined the waitlist. If you decide not to take the class, please cancel it before the 24-hour cancellation deadline. Cancellations made after this window will incur a charge or result in a credit being used.

Please do not hesitate to us the waitlist option. There is always a lot of movement in the schedule and therefore always a chance you will get into the class!

Cancelation Policy

You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your class. Please reschedule or cancel your class at that time if you can not make it. All classes require 24 hour notice for cancellation. If a class is cancelled less then 24 hours prior full price will still be charged. We are a small business. Please respect our time. No shows will be charged full price. Clients who no-show more then 5 times in a month will be flagged and unable to book.
